Set in the beautiful Purbeck hills, the cookery school is ideally located for those wishing to combine culinary instruction with a relaxing break in Dorset. Courses available in June include Summer Entertaining & Ice Cream Making (see blueberry gelato pictured right), followed by Seafood, Fresh Pasta & Smoke & Spice in July.
