Set in the beautiful Purbeck hills, the cookery school is ideally located for those wishing to combine culinary instruction with a relaxing break in Dorset. 

Late availability - we still have 2 spaces on our 'Seafood' course this Saturday, 11th February, 9.30am-3pm, & an additional date for the 'Young Chefs', 12+, next Wednesday, 15th February, 10am-1pm. Call 01929 477260 to book a place.

The new Spring/Summer Course dates are now available, so plenty of choice if you have received a gift voucher this Christmas. If there isn't a date to suit you, just let us know & we can add another!

Giuseppe's Veal recipe, as demonstrated at the Eat Dorset Food Fair is now available here.

Party Catering - Giuseppe is available as a 'private' chef, whether it be in your own home or for a 'Chef's Table' at the cookery school. Please call for menus, prices & availability.
